Time-Lapse Animations of South-East Australia
Contains a table as well as overview & list of the Time-Lapse Animations (TLA ) made using Kodak cameras during 2005-2006. The table shows each TLA with screenshot, tube details, date, length, location and title, while the overview provides an 'at a glance' look at the collection of screenshots. The list is a simple textual list of all the time-lapse animations. Follow the links in the table, overview or list to get to the feature page, which includes a larger preview screenshot (480x320), as well as detailed information on each TLA & a link to the YouTube feed, if available.
At the top right of the feature page are 'forward/back' triangles to navigate to the next/previous animation. On the top left is a larger version of the duration bar seen in the table. The entire dark blue bar represents one minute, while the light blue bar ended with a red marker, on top of the minute bar, represents the length of the featured TLA. By default the image previews show the first shot of the series. Mouse over ('point the mouse at') the image to see the final screenshot. All listings are sorted according to region and site. All animations are available as high definition (suitable for PAL or NTSC broadcast), 15 FPS, MOV format files. Contact the author for further details. TLA files are in MOV format, at 700x566px resolution. Most are at 15 FPS, but Sunset over the suburbs was an experimental TLA that gained faster shots than all others, and is therefore replayed at 20 FPS. The other TLA which has a notable frame rate is the first TLA of 2006, Out the back of Ol' Mate, which is at 15 FPS, but should be slowed to around 6 FPS for best effect. spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer spacer. |
